Fresh Flowers
Can be used on the top of your wedding cake.

Sugar Paste Edible Flowers
Can also be used for decoration on the wedding cake. The sugarpaste flowers can be made to replicate the bouquet, which will co-ordinate with your bridal theme.

Cake Stand
Top Tier can supply the cake stand or some hotels will have a novelty or specialised cake stand.

Cake Knife
Almost every hotel reception will provide you with the knife.

Keeping the Top Tier
The tradition of keeping a Top Tier, was for the first christening however, most Top Tier cakes nowadays are made of madeira or carrot and are therefore not suitable. The Top Tier can only be kept for a period of up to one year if the cake is a traditional fruit tier. Talk to Sinead or Kathleen for more advise on how best to store the Top Tier.
